Cons
A full-remote position could be a bit excessive for long time. Having the majority of workers in the US does not help with time zone and also not having technical people in your own country office could be isolating because you haven’t many discussion arguments. This is not specifically a con of MongoDB but rather of those companies that hire you in the middle of nowhere regarding their offices and positions. You can be in a team with a US + UK + Indian people at the same time. Probably you’ll never meet them in person, and this is sad even if you talk to them each day.
