Our sales process is constantly evolving and refined based on years of research and data, and it is proven to deliver consistent success but we acknowledge this requires consistent hard work to master. It’s important to us that all employees are provided with the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed. Many of our leaders were previously successful reps at MongoDB and were promoted to management roles internally, in line with our commitment to internal career development, and they are excited to teach, coach, and develop others in their footsteps. Continuing to develop our people to be even better leaders is a top priority for us.
