Pros

* Pay is very competitive or no one would work there. * The product is technically sound and capable.

Cons

* The leadership team is verbally abusive to staff on calls. * They told us after everyone went remote for COVID that because we don't have to travel anymore we now have to book double the meetings we did before. * There is an expectation for you to work all day and weekends to make up for the poor sales process and offerings. * The answer to everything is always you aren't PGing enough. * Little care is given to making customers successful with the product unless they constantly are going to spend more money. * This model here is basically take in new sales staff, burn them out PGing for other people, fire, rinse and repeat. Check out the typical tenure of past staff on LinkedIn for proof. Not many people stay more than a year unless they are in the club.

While we do have high expectations of all of our employees, we don’t expect that to come at the expense of one’s personal life. Our leadership team is invested in supporting rep work-life blend, and retaining top talent while helping reps avoid burnout is a top priority. We encourage reps to take regular PTO throughout the year, and throughout the pandemic we’ve held wellness check-ins designed to focus purely on employee experience in and outside of work and have also provided several company-wide days off on top of regular company holidays and PTO. We are committed to freeing the genius within our employees, customers, users, and communities, and we are confident that our sales team has a clear path for enabling our customers to be successful, especially working in collaboration with our Customer Success and Professional Services teams. Pros

Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)

Remote work and decent pay

Cons

Really depends on the team, however middle management needs to be addressed. Toxic culture that truly depends on who your manager is. Silent layoffs are made to seem "Performance-based", then job is re-posted at a reduced range. Proceed with caution and understand that HR is not your friend.
