Pros
- Incredible leadership - I've never seen better quite frankly. There are a lot of bitter people who are not successful that talk about a "boys club" - I certainly am not in any "boys club" or have never seen this. It's a fair, open, and meritocratic environment. - Genuine people who care about your development (Huge investment in you) - Incredible product/market fit - Great earning potential - VPs and Sales Leaders on the ground fighting with their teams.
Cons
- Because this is a rocketship - it can be tough, fast-paced and challenging, however, work/life balance is strongly encouraged by CEO and VPs. - Sometimes it can be too fast moving and difficult to keep up. Diversity is a big rock I know the leadership are passionate to tackle. We must continue to focus on bringing more female and diverse leadership and talent to the business.
