Pros

Collaborative environment. Leaders are visible and accessible and always encouraging us to learn and develop ourselves professionally. International feel and perspective. Strong emphasis on cultural alignment.

Cons

There are no con's. If you like challenge and don't mind change and if you naturally like to take ownership and accountability then MoneySmart could be the perfect platform for career growth.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Our people strategy is intended to put our employees first. It’s based on a belief that if we hire talented people who are a culture fit and create an environment where people can work together effectively, they will find innovative ways to deliver against our business strategy. We will always try to make improvements to maintain our culture.

Dear former colleague, Thanks for recognising the culture and environment that we have at MoneySmart. We work very hard to bring on board the right type of people and create a culture where people love working together. Regarding business strategy, we try and spend as much time as possible to document and communicate this to everyone because we fully recognise the risks and inefficiencies of a misaligned team. We’re sorry that this wasn’t the experience you had at your time at MoneySmart, we’re taking your feedback onboard and looking into how we ensure that we do better. Thank you. Sincerely, Vinod Nair CEO
