- Toxic upper management Straight up borderline. They lie, twist facts, project stuff... And won't even apologize or try to fix what they damage - Work-life balance is despised at this company Even though they claim to promote it, in reality, all they do is the exact opposite. They will love if you dedicate your whole life to work, and will even praise you for it. - Unclear departmental vision - The onboarding process is a mess, and not tailored enough to educate newcomers about the industry and product - No clear reporting - No clear KPIs - No respect to specialization - Zero understanding of how a marketing department works, and what it needs to succeed - They love "Fahlawa" as we call it Egypt lol (they think they're smarter than everyone)
