      * The technology lead is un-bearable, very aggressive with no solid technical background and the management can't touch him * No Process * Very heavy work load due to lack of planning

      Honestly, One of the worst, - Falsifying numbers - Very bad management - Projects are chaotic - You judged by speculations and rumors - No problem to fire you between a day and night - Work stress impossible to be handled
