The HR team acts as a PUPPET for these individuals, coercing employees into consenting to unreasonable rules—even LOCKING EMPLOYEE PORTAL to enforce compliance. This process occurs without seeking feedback, rendering the terms of the OFFER LETTER meaningless, as these arbitrary rules can change at any time. 2.
