      Pros

      There aren't any. They're shady. Top to bottom. I guess you can make good money if you're into scamming real estate agents out of theirs.

      Cons

      No integrity. They fire employees who are on vacation at a crazy rate. They make unethical hiring choices. The owner likes to make unfounded accusations. They will fire you with no notice or write ups. They don't provide feedback. They just say they're "making some changes" but that's not true. That's what they tell everyone they fire.

      Pros

      It really is impressive how much they invest into their employees. Really great energy and atmosphere. Feels like a family!

      Cons

      Growing like crazy so a few things management has tried that didn’t pan out but they are always super open about everything

      In-office entertainment (Ping pong, wrestling matches between the CEO and salespeople) Healthcare benefits Good client service model

      Cons

      Long Hours - 40 hour weeks with working from home on the weekends. Sometimes you are paid for the weekend hours, but usually not. Low Compensation - Manager of Member Services made substantially less than $30,000 a year. Poor client service model execution - All authority to assist clients and retain them fell into the hands of senior management. Standard customer service representatives act as a buffer with no power to resolve real issues for clients. Employee Compartmentalization - One employee was not privy to the efforts of another, causing duplication of effort and loss of resources/time repeatedly.
