      Excellent workforce. Lots of positive energy, the employees love ensuring the clients are satisfied. Great benefits, flexibility. Great food with a nice kitchen.

      While it can be challenging to appeal to the wide variety of needs real estate agents have, the employees of MoneyTree strive to do the best they can.

      It really is impressive how much they invest into their employees. Really great energy and atmosphere. Feels like a family!

      Cons

      Growing like crazy so a few things management has tried that didn’t pan out but they are always super open about everything

      Pros

      There aren't any. They're shady. Top to bottom. I guess you can make good money if you're into scamming real estate agents out of theirs.

      Cons

      No integrity. They fire employees who are on vacation at a crazy rate. They make unethical hiring choices. The owner likes to make unfounded accusations. They will fire you with no notice or write ups. They don't provide feedback. They just say they're "making some changes" but that's not true. That's what they tell everyone they fire.
