A Sinking Ship in a Sea of Toxicity - Anonymous employee Money Map Press Employee Review

If you read enough reviews, you'll see the same problems talked about over and over - bad culture, bad products, bad managers, etc. You'll also see the CEO keeps responding by pretending these aren't problems - that's basically the company in a nutshell. The problems never get fixed because leadership either doesn't care or isn't competent enough to fix them. The vast majority of employees think all the same things that the negative reviews say - morale is terrible, they've done nothing to fix it. The company exists to benefit the people at the top and whoever can get in their club. They were still rolling it in while laying people off left and right. Awful people/ bullies in positions of power. The products are bad. Lawsuits forced us to start being more honest, but the products can't stand on their own merits, so marketing is struggling. There's not really opportunity for growth for most people. They might give you title change, but don't expect a raise when the company is barely staying afloat. No inspiration from the top. The only thing the leaders get you excited about is changing jobs.
