Cons
1. Laid-off 60+ employees in one day and by 11PM they held a Town Hall to control the damage. 2. Faizan made it appear that the laid-off employees had performance issues. He terminated multiple departments--EVERYONE in it, didn't even spare their manager, don't tell me every single member of these departments had "performance issues"?? 3. Made THE call appear to be legit work meeting, a collaboration among departments. Then, get the termination script read, with us perpetually muted and unable to ask questions. It would have been better delivered via email. 4. The CEO allowed Faizan, COO who hasn't even made his chair warm enough do "blind-trimmings" to the company. Loyal, tenured, and performers were cut-off; and most of the non-performers and outliers (imagine 2nd to the last on the performance list) kept. This was allowed by the CEO and was too much of a coward to face the termed employees! 5. Lied last Feb 2024 that there'll be NO MORE terminations in the "foreseeable future". Goodluck to the peeps left but leave while you can! What a circus!
