Cons
I worked at Mondo for almost 3 years. When I first started, I love the role, but within the last year that I was there, they treated their employees as they were dispensable. Constantly micromanaging, punishing, and treat everyone like garbage. They act like we can just be replaced and they do nothing to make us feel like we have support. The base salary is absolutely awful, and they have no intention of ever raising that for their employees, even with the economy as low as it is. They do the absolute bare minimum for their employees and will fire anyone who speaks up against the company. It’s basically a drink the Kool-Aid type of company if you aren’t obsessed and following every guideline of Mondo, they will get rid of you.
