Mondo is a great place to build your career, grow as a person AND a professional, and make great money while doing it. There are so many support programs here to help you to be successful. Mondo has a robust training program for everyone who joins along with specific career tracks so you know exactly how to get promoted and grow.       You need to be willing to put in the work and able to truly manage your time. This isn't an easy job, but if you stick with it and come out on the other side you won't regret it.

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
