Terrible, racist work environment - Technical Recruiter Mondo Employee Review

Obscenely racist. They label potential candidates as "rwb" or "red white and blue" which is code for "white." Candidates are rated on their "communications skills" which really means their command of the English language and an English accent - anyone with an accent not from America need not apply. Management is exceedingly young and inexperienced. Leaves way for a very unprofessional work place. On my first day my manager told me she doesn't wear bras. Why that was something I seemed like I needed to know, I'll never understand. Additionally, the management is aggressively catty. They hold grudges against employees they decide they do not like - it's rather absurd and cliquey. Work hours are grueling. You're expected to be in your seat by 8 AM and stay until the whole team hits their goal, at least 6 PM, sometimes as late as 9 or 10 PM. You're also working on off-hours, which is peculiar considering employees are paid hourly rather than at a flat salaried rate. They offer unlimited PTO but you're lucky if they allow you to use it. They make you feel bad for utilizing the benefit, and then expect you to be available and on your phone while you're on vacation.
