      Pros

      You can work from home 4 days a week so you don’t have to work in such a depressing, unsocial, miserable, toxic office.

      Cons

      The management is so unprofessional. If you are not drinking the kool-aid, they will fire you. One of the female bosses in the Philadelphia office is a nutcase who manipulates all the new hires to trusting her and then when she notices you succeeding, she gets insecure and will make sure you are fired. Weird behavior…I could name so many instances where Mondo lacked professionalism.

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
