Pros
Shockingly, as incompetent as management was, they did hire some great people who I am still friendly with today (and no longer work there for obvious reasons). It’s safe to say that after working at Mondo, it’s impossible to have a worse experience anywhere else.
Cons
Mondo was without a doubt the worst working experience of my life. The amount of fake positive Glassdoor reviews nauseates me and they could not be further from the truth. The company as a whole is completely dysfunctional. Management is conniving, passive-aggressive, verbally abusive and could care less about their employees. They have no clue how to run a business and it’s just a matter of time until the company burns up in flames. The turn-over rate is unlike anything I’ve ever seen, there were AT LEAST 2 people gone each week. I’m not sure how talent acquisition or “Career Agents” sleep at night when they spend every day luring young, innocent people into their nightmare of an organization - all along knowing the nonsense new employees will be forced to put up with for a few months, until they have no other choice but to quit.
