Everyone is really friendly and a great work atmosphere.

The pay is absolutely PATHETIC, sorry but very true. How is anyone meant to pay their bills and rent and other basic expenses when you seriously do not earn enough. And more than half the office agree, I am constantly getting told by people about how bad they struggle from week to week and how much debt they are in and basics they have to go without. And it is very hard to come into work and be all INSPIRED to raise funds when we are all totally stressed out about how are we going to pay this bill and that. With the cost of living today our pay just does not add up. It sucks. So it can only ever be a short term job.
