The CEO has never been in this industry and is still learning the ins and outs about doing business with schools. Other employees and management are straight out of the classroom or administration and are learning business practices. This company needs some experienced professionals who know how to keep this ship from sinking.

Toxic environment. Outdated product designed specifically to serve an underfunded and extremely niche market. Lack of oversight and direction. Extremely siloed departments. No funding and no new sales -- renewals are only source of revenue.
