Leadership is transparent about company operations and seeks input from employees. The people here enjoy what they do and love the industry they are in, which shows in the quality and pride of work.

In a fast moving and growing organization there are always growing pains...in this case this is a forward moving machine and if you're not moving at the same speed and direction as the company you will get ran over. If you want to be part of a winning team you have to be willing to play with all your heart...if you don't you won't belong in that team and it will be obvious. In other words this company is for the people who are competitive and looking to be part of the #1 team, if you're looking for a place to cruise along I do not recommend applying.
