1. They only claim to be person centered, as in the company policies take into account the people they serve. 2. They will look for anyway to cut corners 3. They are more concerned with expansion, then they are care. 4. They will reduce a program to daycare just because it is profitable. 5. They don't want the program to be in the black they want it to be in the green so they can use that money to further expand their business. 6. They expect they're workers to hold them accountable. 7. They will cut the budget for a group homes, groceries. 6 individuals have to live off off 250 a week. 8. There is a company wide lack of communication. 9. When they do attempt to communicate, it's only through the use of buzwords. 10. The President, Peggy, of the "Nonprofit" makes over 400,000 a year, but won't pay anyone else a living wage because they're always waiting for the state to increase budgets.
