Pros
I worked at Monarch in a variety of different roles while with the company. It has an extremely positive and team oriented culture with a strong family feel to it. It was a pleasure coming to work everyday with a dedicated group of people who lived by their values and really cared about the work they were doing and the impact they were having on student lives. I really enjoyed the supportive, friendly environment that was fostered by leadership and my colleagues. An awesome perk was the regular Friday Spanakopita's for morning tea. Management were also really encouraging of new ideas and I felt like I was really able to contribute in the direction of the business in team meetings and provide suggestions which were taken onboard to create better outcomes for students.
