      Nothing good about the company.

      Cons

      Too much politics in the company. They don't have real deal experience. Just a waste of time. If you are coming to join the company, do not expect any relieving letter and experience letter at the time you are about to leave the company, not even your fool and final payment. I suggest don't join this company

      I can bet on anything, there is no pros. Trust me ;)

      How is the company still not bankrupt? The company is struggling to crack 1 deal! (No deals cracked till now). If you join, be ready for cold calling entire day. There is no “IB” work out here unlike the role you are offered. The worst part is, the founder is toxic. Hence there is no hope. There will keep choosing people between age 21-26 and make them dream for a good career. Don’t believe them and agree for a extremely low package which they give!
