Used to have a base salary.

Absolutely everything. These guys are real wise guys. They promise you 2-3 leads a day. Not true. Lucky if you get 1. Make you learn this ridiculous script that you have to learn verbatim or you’re incompetent. It’s an hour and half long pitch btw. One sit close. Which isn’t terrible but there numbers they want from you are not possible in this market. The whole company sells leases and TPO on the east coast and that is %90 of their business. However, in the west, and Vegas they do not have a lease program or TPO. They have MSES (momentum solar energy services) which is a ppa but the owner won’t ever approve it. They can’t get Vegas off the ground because they don’t sell leases. They expect you to only sell loans and now they charge more than everyone else and don’t have a very good reason besides, “we’re a great company.” The owners are very toxic and just got lucky in my opinion. Below average warranties, below average installs, ridiculous scripting, over priced, and they don’t have a lease. Which is all that sells anymore in Las Vegas. Take it from me. And don’t. They also shut down the office without notice. Found that out later.

Potential to earn a lot of money.

The management of the company is an absolute mess. One person will tell you one thing and someone else will tell you something different. You are given less than a full week of training with non-existent continuous training. All of this while you are expected to hit the ground running and perform. Every other Thursday we had to join a company wide meeting with a higher up named Tracy. Half the things she would tell us was not true. For example she would say that the company stopped doing service A, but a few hours later a different higher up will say that she was wrong and that we still do it.
