When working across multiple offices across countries, it is always a challenge in fostering the same culture and keeping alignment on the processes and methodologies that make you successful. I've found that the times we've done team offsites in Mexico have brought our team closer and more unified. Using this as a platform aligned with our bi-weekly brunch and learns has been a successful medium for cross-pollinating different view points as they relate to our vision for the year ahead.
