First off we would like to extend our apologizes for any confusion. We believe we can always improve, so we do appreciate your feedback. We are always striving to be as upfront and direct as possible when bringing new team members aboard. Most of our job postings advertise the pay, and we do make it a point of emphasis in the interview to thoroughly discuss the pay in detail. We offer a competitive hourly wage + commission + expenses. We do make sure every team member has several days to take home and read over the compensation agreement before signing. We offer approx. 30 -35 hours a week starting off, with the opportunity for up to 44+ hours with training. The representatives are scheduled to work 12-8 P.M. weekdays, and 9:30 A.M - 6:30 P.M. weekends, with an hour for lunch. Every rep has between 1 and 3 weekdays off. Every team member is required, by law, to fill out a timesheet on daily basis, which we strictly adhere to. It's extremely important to us that we run a compliant business. Again, we do understand that we can always improve.
