- new manager was terrible and very inexperienced -they ignored messages and did not reply to any questions for how to proceed on escalations -they heavily micromanaged and were very condescending. - intentionally made employees look bad to fire them and replace them with their personal friends. - they has control issues and wanted to credit for everything going well. Even if it was something they hadn’t done.
