I was part of Salesforce client services India team and my experience with this company is not really good. The management is too greedy and just runs behind billability.
There is no work life balance at all.
Too much micromanagement in team.
Unrealistic deadline and underestimating stories is very normal here.
Higher management extend their working hours almost every single day and expect their subordinates to do so. That was so pathetic and weird experience I had in community brands.
Management expect their employees to work on weekend without allowance just to meet the unrealistic deadline they set to win any client.
They expect employees to work with full efficiently even on the notice period.
Even the product is missing major Salesforce platform things. I will not recommend anyone to join Salesforce client services team.
Please please stay away from this company if mental health matters to you.
