Community Brands has continued to expand the training strategy across the organization with multiple levers to include but not limited to: Connect the Dots, Manager Fundamentals, Knowledge Nuggets, etc. In addition, we leverage weekly 1:1s and performance reviews to ensure performance, support, and resources are a priority.
Community Brands follows a formal restructure process with consultations and opportunities to feedback before making a decision.
