Pros

Unlimited paid vacations (as long as you don't abuse it) Flexible hours Generous sick leave

Cons

There's no direction within the company. They keep buying new companies before taking care of their own that currently keep everything afloat. Everyone not in upper management is underpaid and they're constantly replacing VPs with hiring bonuses. It takes forever to get things done as things need to be approved by several people who don't work with eachother or know what they do. Progressing within this company is almost impossible, people are dropping like flies leaving.

Thank you for your feedback. There are a couple of places you can go to see details about strategy. Check out the recording of the Ask Us Anything strategy session in December. Your Division and Brand will have also shared some detailed presentations in the last few weeks. If you're not seeing those or think there are gaps, reach out and let's chat. If you'd rather stay anonymous you can drop an anonymous question into Ask Us Anything or the confidential Helpline. Give us enough to know what line of business needs more information about the direction and where you have questions and we'll get to work. Please also reach out to your manager or HRBP so you can get more information about your compensation. We have done a lot of big pay realignments, starting with our front-line people, but I understand you have questions about your compensation. Just so you know, some of those VP changes you see are where we don't think there is enough clarity in direction or not doing enough communication. When we hire new leaders signing bonuses are very uncommon. SL - CEO

Great front line leadership, hybrid schedule, great people to work with

Micromanagment, lots of decisions being made at the leadership level without thought to how it affects the org as a whole
