Community Brands has no vision.
They purchase successful start ups, change how they do sales, product management, marketing, etc, and expect results first year.
They don’t pay industry rates (well below competitive companies) and will only give you just enough to shut you up (if they value you), otherwise they give 1% raises that keep their staff in poverty.
DEI is turned into a joke as the all white leadership team discusses “equality”.
People are told to work on other CB products without formal training, and then are chastised or receive lower raises when they don’t perform.
Sales is given 0 leads all year at the same time their performance indicators are continuously raised; and commission, all but nonexistent.
High value leads are given to poorly educated junior sales who “can’t sell it”.
Decisions are made without data or cross team education.
Employees work 50-80 hours a week for months at a time and are scolded when they need to take paid time off. The work-life balance is non-existent.
