I'm so sorry that this has been your experience. There are a lot of internal advancement opportunities, but if you're not seeing them, then we need to do a better job at communicating them. So everyone knows, when we do an internal move, we look at compensation the same way as if we were hiring from the outside. I also agree we have a couple processes that are really bogged down, they frustrate me too. You should see those improve this quarter. If you would be open to it, I'd really like to hear your thoughts on where we're not seeing enough. In a normal world, I would have been able to be physically in our offices - that's a downside of remote work and I'm not surprised or offended to hear we're missing some pieces.
