Trying times - Account Executive Momentive Software Employee Review

Outdated technology. Lack of investment. No structure or process or discipline. Strategy appears to be cannibalize from other acquired products and not bother to support current products or figure out the hard problems and customer needs. Direction changes ever other week. Reorgs without vision and setting up the employees to fail. Presumption that customers are stuck with their products and will never leave is a fatal flaw.
