Pros

Work environment - super cushy, new(ish) offices, up to date on most tech Management - Lets you work, unless you arent doing well Size - We are the #1 recruitment media company on the planet I've made the most of my time from being here (4 years). i've been in sales since i got out of college (7 years ago), but this job really helped me get my professional feet on the ground. if you put the work in, you'll be rewarded. if you think the money will just roll in, you're mistaken. For a 9-5 in southern ct, you cant beat it.

Cons

Some favoritism, some reps can work from home with relatively no questions asked. Tough to take time off, all sales and you need to be available to process orders, or they will pass you by.

Great front line leadership, hybrid schedule, great people to work with

Micromanagment, lots of decisions being made at the leadership level without thought to how it affects the org as a whole
