Pros
Community Brands is a mash-up of a bunch of acquired companies and the people are all thrown together. Overall the people are great - committed to their work and to their clients. The company has done a pretty good job accommodating the staff and dealing with a broad mix of different opinions.
Cons
PE rollups are difficult. Everyone knows that eliminating redundancies and gaining synergies is a key goal. I left a while ago, but at that point there was no culture.
