      As a supplier of contactors you need to always bear in mind that you are a resource to them.

      Cons

      Since you are a resource to them then when your time is done, you will find they move on from you without a backwards glance .

      Pros

      Great team dynamic. European mindset for wellness and work/life balance is much better than that of the US.

      Cons

      No confidence in executive management. They did not do the work to understand the US market.
