Great ideas and foundation, poor leadership - Project Manager Molecular Testing Labs Employee Review

The company had a solid foundation but a few bad apples at the top of the ladder lead to many poor investments. Capital and personnel were spread to thin, to much investment in some really risky internal and business development projects. Multiple rounds of layoffs for the past 2 years have kept morale incredibly low.
