Cons
There is room for career growth, but it requires communication with management, hard work, initiative, genuine growth, & upward movement is dependent on timing. If there is no need or room for new roles, it may need to wait. Company is very small so career paths are not necessarily established. This leaves room for employees to work with management to establish career goals & create these paths.
