Supportive management, friendly coworkers, great work-life balance. Good benefits that are always increasing. The company is constantly improving based on suggestions directly from employees.

There is room for career growth, but it requires communication with management, hard work, initiative, genuine growth, & upward movement is dependent on timing. If there is no need or room for new roles, it may need to wait. Company is very small so career paths are not necessarily established. This leaves room for employees to work with management to establish career goals & create these paths.

The company culture is accepting, accommodating, & staff are very friendly. Most managers care about their staff's work life balance, which is really important. The company is also committed to improving as they grow & I feel like I'm able to voice my ideas to management/executives, which has resulted in real change for the admin/HR functions. I feel like my contributions are valued, which is rare to find in a lot of employers.

Growing companies have growing pains. There have been hiccups through my employment that have been addressed each time. Some resolutions have been faster than others.
