I loved working here cause we have set rates on all the products that we make. I like to challenge myself to see if I can go over the rate and have all good parts. The people were family orientated. We made Klever Knives and every part of the knife was made in house.

It was a very small company, so they didn't have all the benefits that a larger company would have. They didn't have a training program to follow. So all the new people were taught different things by different people. Communication was a huge downfall in the training.
