7yAs a Moki employee who has seen the company from its inception in 2012 through its acquisition and reorganization in 2018, I have witnessed and experienced the issues which you express and am sincerely saddened by the lasting impression left by the former leadership team.
Moki has undergone a positive transformation under new ownership and new management since June 2018, and we are making every effort to provide an avenue of excellence for our employees and customers alike. There is a new atmosphere in San Antonio of open, honest communication between leadership and the employees; integrity in all things; fiscal awareness; focus and direction for our product; and so much more.
We still maintain a very generous benefits package and open seating concept for team collaboration, and we have added programs for professional development and growth opportunities.
