Pros

By far, the biggest pro for working here is the CAN DO culture. There is a teamwork climate here that inspires our staff to do our very best work. Our client relationships are win-win because our team really cares about them and their goals. This starts at the top of our organization and feeds through our detailed work. The owners care about their employees and help nurture our creativity. There are no 'walls' in this culture, as titles are not relevant and communication is good. The owners lead by example. They are accessible and they function as teachers versus taskmasters. The company has a good amount of after-work events that connect our employees and their families. I really appreciate this as I am seeking more than a job in MoJo Active. And the company delivers on this promise.

Cons

The only con is that our staffing is stretched a little thin now as we growing at a positive pace. This is less of an issue versus being more of an opportunity to add high energy and talented people. All company policies are equal to or better than my other previous employers, including time-off, benefits and communications.

Pros

There are some great employees here. They also have some great clients. There are a few unicorns who do great work. Most are very nice.

Cons

CEO listed no longer CEO. New owners can't lead. One is a narcissistic micromanager, the other is passive aggressive. Neither provide direction or leadership. No transparency. No positive feedback. No company growth plan. Rude and ineffective. Don't follow own rules. Horrible company culture. No time to train or learn. No work life balance. Constant chaos. No balanced schedule. Everything is high priority. Shifting responsibilities. Average health insurance for above average cost. Raises don't meet cost of living. Bonuses are small. No career path. Below average PTO. Sick time is from PTO. Below average pay and well above average expectations. Things not told in the hiring process: on call 24x7x365, responsibilities won't match job description, use your own credit card and accounts to test, use your own cell phone and plan to keep up with company business without stipend, be available anytime for any communication, drop what you're doing at any time to do something else and then get asked why the original thing isn't done, make up for other people not doing their job indefinitely, expect to get berated for any mistake or for asking questions, no constructive criticism just criticism.
