Pros

It's in a secure location in beautiful downtown L.A.

Cons

All of the real reviews on this place are true. Every executive is related to each other so good luck expressing an opinion that opposes theirs. They use the slave driving management model. Once you sign on, it's not uncommon for them to expect you to be on call 24/7. They have people running the L.A. office who have never worked in media before. They will never admit that but rather screw up and blame the underlings for their mistakes. Management is rude, condescending and will retaliate against you if you don't kiss up to them. It's a common practice for management to restructure the sales team so that large commissions go to them

Pros

The people that I worked with are some of the most talented, innovative, resilient people that I have ever known and I am unequivocally honored to have them in my life.

Cons

Moguldom...This was one of the worst employment experiences I've ever had; it's a misfortune that will serve as a cautionary tale to my children that they will give to their children's children. Quite simply, this is a terrible place to work and everyone knows it. The pay, when you finally "earn" it, is extremely lackluster and uneven when placed on the experience scale for similar opportunities. There is no such as work-life balance at Moguldom; the inexperienced and flighty members of management demand that you are always present and able to post, seemingly making it a point to dole out work after hours instead of during the unusually light work day. Speaking of leadership, there is not much of any to say the least as nepotism, starting from Jamarlin on down, has made sure hive mind is the defining mark of leadership here. They have no prior media or content management position and really bring the company down. The audiences Moguldom aim to serve need an outlet for their voices; someone needs to tell their story. Unfortunately, Moguldom isn't the place to fill that void. I implore you, please, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
