Our CEO lead the company and supports a philosophy of “failing forward”, i.e. learning from mistakes; development, collaboration are our priorities. Good communication and transparency, I appreciate our culture of trust and empathy. It's a lot of work here, but everyone is enthusiastic about their work, and communication is open and helpful. This company provides outstanding learning and professional development opportunities, as well as health protection. I like working for Mogul because there are so many opportunities to learn and grow.

Minor issues, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic's restrictions on movement and health risks; not every day is enjoyable, and there are no team-building activities.
