Pros
Great environment with amazing people. It is clear that Mogrify have worked hard to recruit enthusiastic and friendly people to build a supportive culture of like-minded individuals. Good work-life balance. Interesting and challenging science with high-risk high-reward goals (whether this a pro or a con is for you to decide). Nice modern office space with free snacks. Regular social events such as pizza nights organised by the social committee. Good salary and pension.
Cons
Lots of uncertainty and instability, but this can be expected in a biotech startup approaching a new funding round. Company grew too fast. Can be difficult to develop due to the amount of work on, although lots has been done over the past year to improve this.
