      1. Leaders are very friendly and one can reach out to anyone as we chase speed (without compromising accuracy) 2. Alot of opportunities to grow and explore in the role. 3. One that performs good gets rewarded financially and designation wise. 4. For someone who may be struggling to perform is still considered for a better fit role. Generally OTHER companies just remove without thinking about skill set of the candidate.

      Pros

      No pros as far as I can say. Company was good a few years ago.

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. Top management does not know what is going on in the company. I know of a case where the company MD didn't even know what a particular department does for the company. It was a very important department. I also know of a case when some employees mother had a serious illness but the same management didn't allow him to work from home and the employee was asked to resign. All in all, the company is not a good place to work at right now or in the foreseeable future.
