I really cannot think of any. If you are a lap dog you might succeed here. I know quite a few non deserving people getting a raise.

In a nutshell, everything bad you can think of happens in this company. The positive reviews probably are posted by someone who was paid off by the promoters. Details: Wow, let's get to it then. No policy, everything written under the garb of policy is a hog wash. Forget about getting salaries on time, that will just not happen. Sometimes your fixed salary will be linked to variable sales you make in a month. Oh and variable is never paid out. The product, nobody really wants it in the industry, and most of them know it is quite bad, you basically learn to cheat. Huge egos of both the employer and some of the employees who work there, they think they are demigod. Goals are a whim of a joke of a CEO, whose typical sentence has more f and c words than probably anything of consequence. To be honest you can get more sense out of a 6 months old toddler. Full and final never happens, it is an amount you pay (read: that gets confiscated) for taking the relieving letter. Fire threats are common motivational tools. You will kill your career here, I do not know anyone from a good college who stayed here more than 7-8 months. Take your call. Above feedback is as honest as it can get.
