Pros
Mofilm has a great culture and is a really unique, non-traditional place to work. The team was incredible at the time I worked there, and I got to work on some very profile projects with a lot of the world's biggest brands. We had a blast at socials and in the office, which is likely a big factor that helps Mofilm have such long staff retention. A lot of people had been there for 3+ years, some around the 6 year mark. You are often thrown in the deep end with tasks at Mofilm, but you come out with a far broader skillset and confidence in your ability to take on so many different challenges. Being part of a wider network of top businesses within the branding/advertising/tech space is super inspiring. I learnt so much in this career-defining role and will forever be grateful for the experience.
Cons
At times the business can be quite under-resourced, which puts a lot of pressure on the team to cover more than they can take on to cover the deficit.
