Pros

Benefits are decent for the price. Discounts on all of fortune brand innovations products are nice.

Cons

Training is abysmal; lacking in content, slow paced, but still expected to perform like you were trained in everything. No feedback or coaching, and certainly no recognition. Manager never available / mentors never available No resources for information outside of emails sent by manager regarding changes to policies. Lack of communication causes no one to be on the same page as far as procedures.

Higher pay potential, leadership experience, stronger resume, path to operations/warehouse manager, more visibility, and usually less constant physical labor.

Cons

More stress, responsible for team mistakes, dealing with call-outs/conflict, longer or unpredictable hours, pressure from management, and sometimes more responsibility without enough authority.
