      Pros

      Friendly, well run business, well known, good experience.

      Cons

      Not much room to grow. The company isn't too large, especially in Canada. As a Co-Op there was no chance of being hired afterwards. Just too small a company.

      Higher pay potential, leadership experience, stronger resume, path to operations/warehouse manager, more visibility, and usually less constant physical labor.

      Cons

      More stress, responsible for team mistakes, dealing with call-outs/conflict, longer or unpredictable hours, pressure from management, and sometimes more responsibility without enough authority.
