      The talent pre move to Chicago best in class

      Cons

      They hired me in Jan 2025 and a week after I started announced the move. They denied a request for me to work remotely even though I have a child in high school (junior) and a child with autism. Moving to Chicago was not an option. I loved my manager and team.

      Great people who are very smart, Was very well resourced with people and budgets.

      Bad leadership and CEO... is sinking the company, but left before it was complete.
